She was in the Oregon State record book for an 11 lb. walleye caught in the Columbia River in 1980.  In retirement, Betty and Lowell enjoyed the winters in Yuma Arizona, spending time with the family and especially taking the grandkids to the movies and to the Oregon coast.  She was an avid reader, enjoyed cooking and loved animals.

The Family would like to thank Suttle Care staff for the wonderful care they gave Betty for all the years and for the support of St Anthony Hospital Hospice.
