Bonita Lou (Wolden) Green

Bonita Lou (Wolden) Green was born on June 30, 1941. She passed away on Aug 2, 2023, at the age of 82. She was born to Wayne and Irene Wolden in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota.
The family moved to Pendleton. OR along with her younger brother Gary.

In Pendleton she met the love of her life Stephen Green and together had four wonderful boys, they were the greatest joy in her life, and nothing was more important to her than family.

She was also attached to the family pet dog Zeva.

She believed strongly in giving back.  She was active in PEO and outreach, and Christmas donations to needy children.

She was an avid player of bridge and
she loved to travel. She and Steve traveled with friends to Europe, North and South America.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years Steve and sons Scott (Tami), Mark (Kelly), Wayne (Kris), Adam (Barb) and her brother Gary (Julie) Wolden.

She was blessed with five grandchildren
Lacey (Jeff), Jenna, Madison (Edward), Lindsey (Andrew) and Justin. She also had three beloved great granddaughters Mayce, Lorelai, Ellie.

She was preceded in death by her parents Wayne and Irene Wolden, and great grandson Tristen Olson.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 10th at 4 pm at Pendleton Pioneer Chapel, Folsom-Bishop (131 SE Byers Ave) with a celebration of life to follow at the Convention Center (1601 Westgate Pl).
