Clara Joyce Prindle

Clara Prindle was promoted to heaven on October 12, 2023, after a short illness. She passed away peacefully at home with her family caring for her, surrounding her with love.

Clara was born in 1932 in Grigsby, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Malcolm Whitton and Edna Whitton, her sister Vivian and brother Roy.

Clara married Frank Prindle in 1951 and they had three daughters, Faye, Sharon, and Lynn. They have five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She and Frank had many adventures together and celebrated their 72nd  anniversary.

Clara graduated from Humboldt State University with her Teaching Credential and taught Elementary School for several years. Frank says she was a “born teacher”.

Clara was a kind, loving, and insightful woman, with a warm smile and infectious laugh. One of her special joys was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Family and friends will miss her immensely.

A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
