Georgia Ann (Schaefer) Garrett

Georgia A. Garrett of Pendleton passed away on Wednesday, July 30, 2024 at her home. Georgia was 89 years of age. She was born Georgia Ann Schaefer on December 7, 1934 in Pendleton, Oregon to George and Pauline Margaret Hahn Schaefer.

She married Kenneth M. Garrett on May 18, 1957. They were married 67 years. They had two sons, Allen and Brian.

Georgia was a member of the First Church of God.

Georgia is survived by her sons; Allen K. Garrett (Nanette) and Brian K. Garrett (Linda). Four grandchildren; Daniel, Seth, Rebecca and Matthew; three great grandchildren Lillie, Khai and Yosohn; three step grandchildren; Tyler, Caitlin and Elza. Georgia is also survived by her sister Darlene McCann.

Georgia was proceeded in death by her husband Kenneth and by her parents.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday August 7, 2024 at Olney Cemetery in Pendleton, Oregon.
