Jolene Zenger—born 18 November 1941, in Almo, Idaho—passed away 1 August 2025, in Hermiston, Oregon. Jolene grew up on a ranch in Baker and lived her entire life in Eastern Oregon.
She met her Pendleton High School sweetheart (later husband), Corry Zenger, in band class. She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints where she played both the piano and organ. Jolene had a deep love for yard work, genealogy, cooking, camping, serving others, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Jolene is preceded in death by her husband of 62 years (Corry) and parents (Milton and Echo Jones). She is survived by her five children, 19 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services held 10 AM Friday, 8 August 2025, at the Pendleton Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
