Linda Orakay Shuman

Linda Shuman passed away May 21st, 2024 surrounded by loved ones at St. Mary’s hospital in Walla Walla Washington. Linda was born in Enterprise Oregon to Robert and Lorena Shuman. Linda was preceded in death by both her parents as well as her siblings Bob Shuman, Loren Shuman, and Jeannie Malsam. Linda is survived by her two daughters Michelle & Heather, grandson Austen as well as her sister Marie. Linda spent most of her life working as a long-haul truck driver and then transitioned into transporting railroad workers until she was medically disabled in 2004. Linda has touched so many hearts with her laughter and silly jokes and was always someone you could rely on for help and guidance. We invite friends and family of Linda to her service to be held June 29th, 2024 at 1:00pm at the Pendleton Pioneer Chapel located at 131 SE Byers Avenue Pendleton OR 97801. We will be having a potluck dinner to celebrate her beautiful life after the service. The potluck will be held at the White Eagle Grange Hall located at 43828 White Eagle Road, Pendleton, OR 97801.
