Reta Mae (Bennett) Hill

Reta Mae Hill was born in Joseph, Oregon on November 27, 1932. She later moved to Pendleton where she passed away March 13, 2023.

She spent most of her life in Pendleton, Oregon among family and loving friends. She had a few jobs throughout her life. The last one being at Hill's Furniture where she worked with both sides of her family, the Hills and the Bennetts.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Donald R Hill, her parents, all nine brothers and sisters, grandson, Kyle Donald Hill and great grandson, Cody Watson Hill.

Reta is survived by her two children, Donald L (Linda) Hill and Sheryl Hill McCoy and wife Alice Myers.

She had seven grandchildren, Tina Hill (Mark) Cave, Vonda Hill Groves, Kyle (Holli) Hill, Tamara McCoy, Traci McCoy, Brandi McCoy Valentine and Amber McCoy and wife, Susan Fischer.

She had 14 great grandchildren, Cassie Palanco, Brenna McCarty, Sydney Charvet, Cody Hill, Kylie Gaines, Evan Hill, Gage Hill, Brody Hill, Darion Hill, Zack Jordan. Miles Valentine, Dalli Valentine and Ciera McCoy.

She also had 7 great, great grandchildren.

Also surviving Reta are her sister-in-law Betty Bennett and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial for Reta will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Pendleton Pioneer Chapel, Folsom-Bishop.
