Teddy Joe Forth of Pendleton, Oregon, passed away the morning of Sunday, September 18, 2022, in Salt Lake City, Utah.  He is survived by his wife, Tami, and children Justin, Mack, Jennifer, Scott, Nicole, and Afton.

Teddy Joe was born June 16, 1949, in Rieth, Oregon, to parents Dean and Louise (Nelson) Forth, with brothers Robert Dean (Nancy) and Thomas Eugene.

Teddy Joe graduated from Pendleton High School in 1967, then attended BMCC where he was Student Body President and American Farmer of FFA.  He graduated from OSU in 1972.  He returned home to work Forth Ranches with his father, Dean, and brother Robert.

Teddy Joe was previously married to Teresa Shaw and had two sons Justin and Mack.  In 1993, Teddy Joe married Tamara Medonich.  He is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints where he had many church callings.  He loved serving beside his wife at the Columbia River Temple in Richland, Washington.

An all-day viewing will be held at Pendleton Pioneer Chapel (Folsom-Bishop) on Thursday, September 29, from 9:00a-5:00p.  Services will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on Friday, September 30, with a viewing starting at 4:00p.  A private family burial will be at Skyview Cemetery on Saturday, October 01.
