Virginia Carol Carnes, 77 of Pilot Rock, Oregon died Saturday, January 8, 2022 at her home.
Virginia was born on September 16, 1944 in Hermann, Missouri.

Virginia was preceded in death by Father, Albert H. Spreckelmeyer; Step-father, Marvin Wayne Parks; Mother, Isabell A Spreckelmeyer Parks, and a brother James E Spreckelmeyer.

She is survived by brother; Calvin Parks (Christine); sister-in-law, Collen Spreckelmeyer; nephews, Wade (Sara), Kyle (Sara) Spreckelemyer, Marshall and Justin Parks; niece, Kelley Parks Weed, and 4 step-daughters and countless cousins!!
